Z ogromną radością chcę Wam przedstawić i oddać w Wasze ręce agata's way™ aplikację na telefon! 💜

Od zawsze marzyłam o aplikacji, dzięki której wszystko znajduje się "at your fingertips"!

Aplikacja agata's way jest w języku angielskim 🙂 )

✔️ 4. Zarejestruj się, czyli "sign up"

➡️ Dodaję na wszelki wypadek link z filmem instruktażowymhttps://www.youtube.com/shorts/sHXltdDsttE

📌 Aplikacja jest lekka, bezpieczna i nowoczesna. Wciąż jednak jest w fazie testowania więc proszę o wyrozumiałość.

📌 W przyszłości będzie można wykupić dostępy do kolejnych kursów.

Przyjemności!

W razie pytań, pozostaję do Waszej dyspozycji.

Serdeczności!

Agata 💟

We celebrated Children's Day on June 1 and I'll be honest with you: I got very sentimental. I got my box of old photographs and I started to think about my roots, childhood, my dear parents (whom I miss so much!!!), any my inner child.

Inner child?

Yes, let's talk about our inner child. What is it? Why is it important? And how does it affect our adulthood?

Learn 4 easy steps to give feedback.

Before you listen to the podcast, look up the expressions below 🙂

In a nutshell, COIN stands for:

C for context - before we give feedback we need to refer to a certain issue or event.

O for observation - we should state the facts only and be very specific about what has happened.

I for impact - we’re obliged to say how the described by us situation influences others.

N for next steps - here we should mutually agree on further steps - what to do next to be more successful.

Do you have your own model or rules you stick to?

All the best,

A. 💜

BTW I've just found my old video about giving feedback. It looks like I do like this topic a lot 🤭
